As you all know, we here at Alexandria Professional® LOVE our Mud Puddle®! We’ve blogged about why we love it here and have even done a blog post on how to mix it for a hydrating, healing mask. Here at AP, we admire creativity! All of our skincare products are completely mixable. They are Vegan, Gluten-Free, Fragrance-Free, Paraben-Free, Petro-Free, Formaldehyde-Free, and Noncomedogenic! In addition to all these fundamental properties listed above, each product is also a power product with a significant purpose to benefit the skin. So, as we always say here in the office, let’s get creative with our favorite mud mask mixes!

Creative Mud Mask Mixes: Mud Puddle® meets Dermawear™ Duo

For all mud mask mixes, use a 1 to 2 ratio: 1 tbsp of Mud Puddle® to 2 tbsp. of Dermawear™ Lotion. Cleanse the skin, tone with Dermawear™ tonic and apply the mask. Leave for 15-20 minutes, rinse, then pat dry. Follow up with the Dermawear™ Lotion or with Restore™ Hydrating Lotion.

Dermawear™ Duo-Clarifying

This mix is an awesome way to help keep those blemishes at bay! Niaouli, which is a natural antiseptic and bactericidal, combines with the antiseptic and anti-inflammatory nature of Rosemary to give you the clearest glowing skin possible. Combine this with the detoxifying effects of Mud Puddle® and you have a blemish-battling combo for the ages! Use this mask 1-2 times a week or as a spot treatment when needed.

Dermawear™ Duo-Energizing

Help tired skin perk back to life with this restorative blend! A combination of Lemon, Sweet Orange, and Grapefruit essential oils work together to help brighten up sallow skin. When used with the thermal effects of Mud Puddle®, the vibrancy can’t be ignored! Use as needed or as a part of a weekly anti-aging skin regimen.

Dermawear™ Duo-Healing

Help heal your skin ailments with this mix. Rose Geranium and Silver Pine oils work towards repairing the skin. Rose Geranium is especially beneficial towards clients suffering from rosacea or hormonal skin issues. Silver Pine helps to speed up skin metabolism and relieve pain. Combined with the collagen generating effects of Mud Puddle®, skin health is dramatically improved. Use anytime rosacea starts to flare up, hormonal acne pays a visit, or when scars, scrapes and bruises are in need of repair. Keep moist* while wearing.

Dermawear™ Duo-Soothing

This blend is perfect for Summer! This soothing blend of Frankincense, Basil, and Soft Vanilla work together to calm itch and pain. Mixed with the anti-inflammatory properties of Mud Puddle®, a sunburn doesn’t stand a chance! Keep moist* while wearing.

Dermawear™ Duo-Calming

This blend is perfect for that MUA you know. This gentle formula is a serene blend of sunflower and avocado oils. Anyone with stressed out skin would benefit from this mix. Pair the Mud Puddle® and Dermawear™ Duo Calming together for baby-fresh skin. Keep moist* while wearing.

***To keep moist, spritz with purified water or the coordinating Dermawear™ Duo tonic for added skin benefits. You can also apply a moist mesh face sheet over the mud mask for the duration of the mask.***
